Panna Cotta 5 Gelatin Leaves Soak gelatin in small bowl of cold water. Bring cream to the boil in medium saucepan, add the Nutella & sugar. Mix till well combined. Remove from heat. Squeeze excess water from gelatin & add to cream mixture. Mix well. When jelly is set pour panna cotta mix into glasses & refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours. Serve with a fresh strawberry & whipped cream, ice-cream or both. |
Jelly 2 packets Raspberry Jelly crystals Put jelly in a bowl, add hot water, stir till dissolved, add cold water & stir. Carefully place six 300ml serving glasses in an empty egg carton on an angle. Pour jelly evenly between glasses. Refrigerate until set. (approx 4 hours)
